AMAZON PRIME DAY FAVORITES!

Hi team! If you’ve been around for a while, you know I’m not the type to get excited about a sale unless it’s GOOD – things that are super useful and very marked down! I would never ever shop a sale for the sake of shopping a sale. That being said, I have been really looking forward to this sale as Amazon has teased it out, and knowing what’s actually on sale I can tell you it’s worth looking at. For some items, Prime Day prices are the lowest you’ll ever see them. I’ll keep posting about MY favorites in different categories, but here are some to start that I swear by!

First off – here are some of my skincare favorites that I’ll be stocking up on today – these are things I’ll never let myself run out of!!

• These are hands down my favorite eye patches, I always watch for them to go on sale and buy a couple when they do. They SAVE me on work days!
• I love this body wash! It was sold out forever, but now it’s in stock and on sale!
• This body wash is $10 more, but also on sale today and I LOVE it so much! I have it in every shower right now.
• I think almost all of my friends have discovered and fallen in love with this lip mask by now – so good for night or in the daytime as lipgloss!
• The mascara I use everyday is 20% off – it’s been so good for me because it’s clean and I’m not allergic to it at all

There was so much hype around this mask that I felt annoyed by it, but now that I’ve tried it I’m hooked. If I sleep in it once a week, I see a HUGE different in my skin. It also has never ever made me feel like I broke out or got one extra zit, if you’re paranoid about that like I am. It’s 30% off for Prime Day, so a good time to stock up for yourself but also to have on hand for gifts!

My sister and my niece convinced me to try this high frequency wand, and now I swear by it for those times when you get those big deeper, sometimes cystic zits that aren’t close enough to the surface to be treated with my trusty zit stickers (also on sale, I’m getting 3 today!). It has SAVED me so many times for big shoots or trips. It sends out an electrical current that kills the bacteria inside the zit, dries it up, and makes the swelling go down. And I promise it doesn’t hurt – just feels a little weird/freaky at first but so worth trying! The one I have is on sale for $24 today and you’re not going to find it lower! Also – you’re gonna see more expensive ones – in my opinion they all do the same thing and you shoud just get the one I have ;).

Some random things that would be fun to get and could also get some Christmas shopping out of the way:

• Cards Against Humanity, Family Edition – lots of talk about poop, but we die laughing playing it together and I feel like it gives me cool mom points with the girls
• I’m so obsessed with these sunglasses that I lost them in Capri and immediately bought them again, they’re only $12
• I’ve bought these white sneakers probably four times now for the girls, they are so comfy and they love them. They’re $22 right now.
• I always put underwear and socks in stockings – I recently bought a bunch and these are Piper’s favorite and these are Romy’s, they’re both on sale! And they have been loving these white socks
• I posted yesterday about how much we are loving the coffee table worthy illustrated editions of Harry Potter. The first one is on sale today for $17, would be such a beautiful Christmas gift for a kid their age!
• I love these cordless table lamps to put on the table when I have people over for dinner, creates the best ambiance!
• Best time to get a Frame TV, they’re almost HALF off! I love mine so so much!
• Is it dramatic to say my Peloton saved my life? Cause I really think it did – I love the rides, the yoga, and now I’m getting into the strength classes. I’ve NEVER been consistent in my life working out until I had this, and this made it easy. Now I feel better than I ever have physically.
• Speaking of strength, the weights I have are on sale for 20% off right now

I’ve actually been dying for a Skylight calendar (I’ve emailed them trying to partner so many times!) and don’t have one yet. I miiiight just pull the trigger, because it’s 16% off right now. I think it would such a good, easy way for my girls to see when they get to see Daddy again and know what to expect, and also a great way to give them tasks/chores and a sense of accomplishment when they complete them.

My next favorite…I’ve been obsessed with this carpet/rug cleaner for years, and I’m surprised with how low it’s priced how long it’s lasted me. I would have expected to buy a new one by now! It’s a no-brainer for ANYONE with carpets or rugs, but especially with kids or pets. Today you can get it for $104 – 13% off! Added bonus to having clean carpets and rugs: it’s kind of like pressure washing for me – so therapeutic to use. I love seeing the rugs get cleaner and dumping that dirty water down the drain!!

And while we are on the subject, after I posted that carpet cleaner yesterday, I had so many people ask for an upholstery version. Guess what – I have one that I love AND IT’S ON SALE, TOO! I just used it this weekend to clean my white couch (because that’s what I do when I’m missing the girls) and it looks like new again.

This long barrel curling iron is SO GOOD, especially if you’ve got long hair! I’d been using the same old hot tools curling iron for years, because every time I tried a nicer/fancier one I didn’t like it as much. My friend Corrine finally convinced me to try this one when it was on sale for Black Friday and I’m so glad I snagged it! It’s marked down to $110 today, which is 32% off. If you’ve been on the fence about getting a new curling iron, this is the one to try and this is the day to do it :).

I got this little blue tooth speaker for travel and I LOVE it, but then I realized that it sounds so good and can get so loud that I finally threw out my trashed, huge old speaker I used to have by the pool. I also love that it’s super durable and waterproof! The girls are loving it, too. It’s on sale today for $99 (from $150), which feels SO worth it. Possibly my favorite thing about it is that it’s SO easy to connect to and use. From the first time you turn it on, if your phone is nearby, sometime pops up on your phone to connect and you’re set. So refreshing since I’ve spent so much time during pool parties I’m hosting trying to get the old bluetooth speaker to connect…iykyk!

This lay flat makeup bag went viral for a reason! A lot of you bought it on Black Friday, but for those who missed it here’s your chance now! I love the size and how it opens up flat for easy access. I love that so many of my friends/family have it now, most in the same color! There are so many good color options, but this is my favorite and it’s on sale today for $24. Also makes a great gift to have on hand, especially if you throw your favorite lip gloss in there.

Recently I had my closet professionally organized, and it was so interesting to see what I decided to get rid of vs. keep. I will tell you that a LOT of what I decided to get rid of was the fast fashion, cheaper stuff or dupes, and a lot of it was Amazon. There were a few Amazon things that I not only did not get rid of, but have repurchased in multiple colors. This tube top is one of them – I love it! The fabric is butter soft, thick (in a good way!) and flattering, and so easy to throw on with jeans, boots, and some kind of jacket to go out. I have it in brown, white, and black and could see myself getting more today…;)

I LOVE these wine glasses – I own them myself but have also gifted them so many times! They pretty but fairly sturdy – I’ve always washed them in the dishwasher and they’ve lasted really well. I have them in white, red, and champagne size, and all of the sizes are almost 50% off right now! I thought it was funny when I went to get the link for you it said I’ve purchased them in some form TEN TIMES in total! That’s how you know I love them ;).

I lose my earbuds ALL. THE. TIME…and they’re never very comfortable for me. I FINALLY got these over ear headphones for travel and when I’m working around the house and I love them so much!! They’re on sale right now for $100 off, amazing.

When do you need ear buds…to me nothing is better than Apple airpods because I need to be able to track them. I love that you can track the case and each bud individually. When I lose them at home I “play sound” to find them and that has saved me so many times. I’m sure a lot of you remember when I left them at a hotel in LA and battled to get them back. Well, I’m embarrassed to tell you that recently I left them at London Heathrow. I was literally SPRINTING from one flight to the next and BARELY made it on the plane, only to discover I’d left this little bag with my airpods in it at the security checkpoint I had to go through. I realized it as the plane took off and my phone alerted me that my airpods had been “left behind”…I was like ohhhhh nooo here we go again. Luckily they have a lovely lost and found department, and even MORE lucky, my little sister and her FIANCE (ugh I am so excited for them) flew through Heathrow last week and was able to pick them up for me! All of that to say…they’re on sale right now for $149 which is $100 OFF…so maybe I should get spare ;).

I’ve been obsessed with this set forever, I actually own both it and the Free People version, and I thinkk this one washes and wears better!! I have it in grey – it was another one of the Amazon things I did NOT get rid of in my closet purge and I’d buy another color! On sale for $33, so worth it. It comese in like, 24 colors?! So many good options.

In my opinion, there’s no better blender than a Vitamix! I’ve had mine for years and use it daily either to make the glowing greens smoothly I’m newly obsessed with or my tried and true protein smooth from Be Well by Kelly. The exact one I have is on major sale for 30% off right now!

• Sunbum Sunscreen Spray – half off! My friends and I keep joking that this is the summer of sunburns, no matter what we all keep getting burned more than usual! I’m using more sunscreen than ever, so I love a good deal to stock up on a nicer brand.
