The Camera Adds Ten Pounds. Blake and I have an ongoing (joking) struggle about what lens to use when taking pictures.  We have different objectives – he wants to take a rad picture, and I just want to look good.  So when I saw this little bit about the impact of the camera lens.  Take that, Blake ;).

Take The Daughters’ Word For It.  It’s been so interesting watching all of the speeches at the RNC & DNC, and a couple of my favorites were Chelsea and Ivanka’s.  They are so relatable to me, and I admire them both for the support they are showing their parents.  They both crushed their speeches – check out this little write-up here.

My Favorite Quote This Week.  I saw this quote recently (actually at the Water Brewery in Costa Mesa) and immediately sent it to my siblings.  I have thought about it often since then, so I thought I’d share it with you!  Often times, we are meant to go through something, learn from it, and move on :).
