What I’m really into this week is SNOW. Guys, I’ve got the itch to ski, it happened! I’ve always wanted to want to ski, but I think something finally clicked for me this year. I told Blake last week in Park City that I see a mountain and I just want to be on it! (Don’t mistake this excitement for skiing for skill – I’m still learning!!) The good news for me is that we are back in the mountains, here in Beaver Creek for the Birds of Prey races to cheer on Blake’s brother, Steven.
- On that note, for all of you in Utah, Sundance opens today! In honor of Sundance opening and Steven racing, here are a couple videos I LOVE that the resort put out recently. One is Steven’s story at Sundance, and one is Robert Redford’s. They actually make me cry, because Sundance has become such a special place for me, and Steven too ;).
- Spending more time in the snow let’s me wear my winter clothes, and I’ve been wearing this leather puffer vest from Monrow nonstop! It’s so comfy, lined with a jersey material on the inside, and I love just throwing it over whatever shirt or sweater I’m wearing.
