It’s finally hot here, and for some reason it hasn’t really felt like summer for me until now. After running around LA the other day, fighting traffic and castings and heat, we grabbed some of our best friends and hurried up to Malibu for a sunset beach session. Literally EVERY time we make it up to Malibu I say, “WHY don’t we come here more often?” I love it up there, such a fun vibe and a getaway right outside of the LA craze.
We stopped and got food and treats at the Malibu Country Mart and then picnicked on the beach. Some of the boys surfed, and I was content to watch and hang with a crew on the beach. 
Lately I actually discovered it’s ok to combine two of my favorite things…the beach and sweatpants ;). It’s kind of the perfect feeling as the sun goes down and it gets a little chilly to slip on some comfy sweats. That day I wore my current favorites from Monrow. If you’re on the hunt for some good comfy clothes, I love Monrow. It’s that perfect vintagey-feeling fabric that looks so cute but feels like your favorite old t-shirt.
