Beach Vida Bling

It’s been cloudy and chilly lately, at least in the mornings.  Guys, May Gray/June Gloom is a real thing here in Southern California!  So today I’m posting pictures from a much warmer day that I spent with some great people.  We were on a little hidden beach in Laguna, but the day felt so amazing we kept joking that we had somehow ended up in Aruba.  Here’s to days like that, when I find myself…

White Leopard Print | Finders Keepers the Label

Finders Keepers the Label recently dropped their latest collection, “Moonraker.” I’m really into this “light leopard” print they’re using, and it’s so fun to mix and match with their other pieces.  Check the whole collection here, and check the pictures below for a couple of my favorite pieces: Finders Keepers Vest | Finders Keepers Shorts | Dolce Vita Sandals | D*Blanc Sunnies | James Michelle Cuff Ring Happy Friday! xo Jen

Namaslay 1.0

Throughout the year my brother Steven and I are always trying to plan trips. Most of the time, they have a hard time happening because we’re either imagining something super unrealistic or work/time/life have another agenda. However, when plans do come together, we both get pretty excited and I usually find myself in over my head on some adventure. That’s what makes for a memorable time, right?? This past Sunday was a good example of the…

Nicaragua Clean Water Project | People Water

I remember getting the call from my close friend, Bronson Christensen. It was in the fall of 2012 and I was gearing up for the coming ski season. Bronson called to tell me about a company our friends were starting and asked me if I wanted to get involved by endorsing the brand as a ski athlete. “People Water was founded on the simple idea that the easier it is to give, the more people…

Dinner Out | Cleobella

Blake and I eat out…a lot.  I love it when it’s just the two of us, because I feel like it’s our time.  When I make dinner at home, I’m usually caught up in what I’m making, or we have the TV on, or one of us is on our phone.  But when we go out somewhere, it’s like there’s an unspoken rule that we put our phones away and pay attention to each other.…

Sunset Surf | The Best Sweater

Lately, Blake’s been really determined to improve his surfing abilities.  If there are waves when he finishes work, he’ll come grab me and we’ll hurry over to the beach to see what he can catch before the sun goes down.  I usually just post up on a blanket or a life guard tower and watch him.  (Not to sound like a bum, but it takes a lot warmer weather/water and perfect waves for me to attempt to…

Air + Style, LA

Yesterday we ventured up to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena with our friend Charlie to watch one of the coolest events I’ve seen in a while.  Shaun White brought Air & Style to LA, and even that normally takes place overseas.  It was a mashup of big air skiing and snowboard competitions and awesome music, along with some good food and vendors.  When we first walked in and saw the big ramp, built on scaffolding…

2015 World Championships | Beaver Creek, CO

I was born into a ski family, so I didn’t really have a choice. For the first seven years, it was me and my two older brothers, then my little brother jumped in the mix. Of course skiing was a part of his life too. All of our lives were somehow intertwined with the sport, culture, industry and/or past time. My oldest brother, Michael was a ski patrolmen. Steven is an Olympic ski racer on…

Park City Style

Blake and I were just in Utah this past weekend for some work and some fun.  The Sundance Film Festival happened to be going on, so we saw lots of fun winter style while we were in Park City.  In honor of Sundance, I decided to post one of my favorite down jackets I have ever put on.  Seriously, this jacket is no joke – SO WARM and SO CUTE! Down Coat (or here) ~ Jeans…
