Fall Fringe | Miss June Paris

Guys…I can’t stop buying fringe.  I have a problem.  Blake’s even starting to make fun of me ;).  How much is too much?  I’m hoping I haven’t reached that point yet, because you’re going to be seeing a lot of fringe from me this fall season.  And one of my favorite fellow fringe lovers happens to be a French designer, Nathalie Abourmad of Miss June Paris.  I’ve loved the opportunity to get to know Nathalie…

What I’m Into This Week | 9.11.15

How is it Friday again?!  This week flew by.  Some things on my mind as we head into the weekend… I woke up this morning thinking about this day in 2001 – the day that would became infamously known as 9.11.  It’s impossible to go through today without feeling sad, but I love hearing the stories of courage and hope that have surfaced.  I heard something new today that I hadn’t before – did you know…

LeBaron Sunset Cruise | Saint George, Utah

We spent this last weekend with family in Saint George, doing the usual, and I loved it.  We caught up with family, lounged by the pool, listened to lots of country music, had fresh smoked tuna from my cousin, played games with the kids, stayed up late, and laughed a lot.  I will forever feel so lucky to have the family that I do. One of my favorite parts of the weekend was taking out…

What I’m Into This Week | 9.4.15

Heading into Labor Day Weekend, I’m soaking up the last of summer.  I’m secretly so happy that the crowds are finally gone (who knew I’d become such a local down here?!) and excited we still have a month or two of summer weather.  Here are a few (really random) things I’ve been into this week… Wearing this maxi dress from Flynn Skye – I mean, I’m always into maxi dresses, but this print is extra…

Shoot Days in Riller & Fount

When I’m headed out to a shoot, I usually throw on the most comfortable thing I can find (that also won’t make any lines on my skin!).  This caftan from Riller & Fount has been on repeat!  Guys…it’s doesn’t get any comfier.  I’ve gotten so many compliments on it, too.  I’m already brainstorming how I can wear it into fall – boots and a sweater under?  Stay tuned for an update on that ;). Riller…

Wedding Weekend in Zion | The Cliffrose Lodge and Gardens

This past weekend, Blake and I hopped in the car and road-tripped to Southern Utah for a wedding.  Our friends Katelin and Tony got married.  They both have a love of Southern Utah and it’s red rock mountains, and most of their family and friends are in Southern California and Salt Lake City, so it was the perfect spot for a destination wedding for them.  They had the wedding in the little town of Springdale,…

What I’m Into This Week

This week has seriously gone by SO FAST!  I feel like I’m always saying that, but I mean it this time.  Blake and I both had really busy weeks with work, and this heat wave somehow made everything seem more difficult.  Like really, I feel like I haven’t stopped sweating!  So here are a few things I’m into that have made my week a little easier… Dirty Lemon Detox | Vix Pleats Bandeau Top | Vix…

Legend Creek | Master Suite

By popular demand, today I’m talking about the master bedroom and bathroom in the Legend Creek home!  I love this master suite for so many reasons.  Obviously the most striking thing to notice right off is the wall of reclaimed wood in a chevron print.  So good!  The raw goodness of the wall is perfectly balanced by soft whites and golds, with some cooler greys and blues.  Scroll below for more pictures and details…and keep…

Tolani Collection | West Hollywood

My Monday was spent running around L.A. for castings, which can normally be a pain (especially during a heat wave like the one we’re currently having) but yesterday was a good day.  I actually ran into so many people I know (and really like) at the different casting agencies, which was so refreshing.  A smiling, familiar face makes an otherwise awkward process so much more bearable.  I also got to get lunch in Malibu with…

Family Vacation | Lake Roosevelt, WA

Last week, Blake and I met my side of the family for a camping trip in Eastern Washington, at a place called Lake Roosevelt.  My family is super close, but spread out distance wise, so it’s rare these days to get everyone in the same place at once.  I love and miss them all so much from down here in California, so it was nice being in such close quarters ;). We stayed at the…
