Yep, we are adding TWO GIRLS to this home, and we are so excited. Finding out the gender was a bit of a roller coaster for us (which you can read about here), but I have to give our 12 week ultrasound tech props because she was right from the very beginning! We had our big anatomy scan ultrasound this past week (usually done at 20 weeks but my doctor wanted mine done at 18) and they are looking so beautiful and healthy. And we confirmed once again that they are definitely BOTH girls ;).

Cute shot of Baby B trying to suck both thumbs!
Another cute profile shot of Baby B – love that little nose!
Baby A wouldn’t show us her face, but we got a cute look at her little foot and toes 😉

I can’t wait to see Blake with these two sweet babies. One of the things I love about him is that I know he will do exactly the same things with these girls that he would do with boys. And thinking about my relationship with my own sisters, I’m so excited for these girls to have each other as they grow. Also, I talked a big game about not liking “girl” baby stuff before, but I just melt every single time something comes in the mail for them…

I can’t wait to read my favorite books, run around outside, play pretend, dress up, and imagine with these two little beings. I really do feel so lucky, and I’m so excited to meet them and watch them become strong women in this crazy world!

Keep scrolling down for pics of my 18.5 week bump + outfit details ;).
