Yesterday, I got to celebrate International Women’s Day with some of my very favorite local women. It was such an incredible day that I wanted to share it on here, partly to remember it and the things I learned and partly to tell you about some things I just really love!

The first thing I love: The Hydration Room. I’ve posted about it before on here, but you just need to go in and see for yourself how it makes you feel. Literally every time after I go people notice – like they comment on my skin or that something is different about me, no joke. Yesterday I got an IV specifically for my skin (I’m kind of dying lately since I’m breastfeeding, and this is something I can do!) and some B12 for energy. Oh my gosh…I was bouncing off the walls, in a good way, all night! I didn’t even mind packing for our weekend trip, which I normally HATE! Ha!

I was already a fan of her work, but I felt so incredibly lucky getting to listen to her talk to us about nutrition (while we were getting our IVs- win-win!!)  and answer our questions. I could sit and pick her brain all day, she’s SO knowledgeable and the way she is able to connect with people to share is remarkable. Basically, if you have any questions or concerns about nutrition for you or your family, get her book. You’ll probably end up with a big girl crush on Kelly, too – it’s ok, I get it ;).

We had the most beautiful lunch there together, with a menu curated by Kelly of course ;). Both the food and setting there are amazing. It’s hard to get in there, so make a reservation and plan a bit ahead (whether you’re local or traveling) because it’s so worth it!

You’ve probably seen me post about them a million times because these sandals have slowly taken over my summer closet. They are so good, so comfortable, and they last forever. And possibly better than the sandals are the women behind them. I couldn’t ask for more motivating, smart, beautiful women to look up to. And they are so passionate about the cause behind their brand – for every pair of beek shoes sold, they donate one day’s worth of meals to a child in need, through the Kids Cafe program.

Here’s a peek at some of their Spring 2018 and Summer 2018 collections…

Overall, I had such an amazing day and came home feeling so refreshed and excited to share it all with Blake and the girls. The day was such a good reminder of just how amazing women are – what are hearts, our minds, and our bodies are capable of.
