Flatiron Building | New York, New York

We are staying in Midtown on Madison, super close to Madison Square Park and one of the most iconic buildings here – the Flatiron Building.  So of course, we had to stop and take some classic New York photos near it. The Flatiron Building is the triangle shaped building built in 1902 to fill a wedge-shaped lot between 5th Aveue and Broadway.  Over the years it has become a symbol of New York, loved especially by…

Is this week over yet?

Guys, we are back.  Kind of.  The site may not look very pretty right now, but it’s at least functioning!  It was down all day yesterday (I’m sorry to those of you trying to use it!) and that was no fun, let me tell you.  But we are slowly getting it back together, it’s Thursday (which means it’s almost Friday), and things are looking up!  For this crazy day, I decided to keep things black-and-white,…

St. Eve Jewelry | Desert Daze

One of my favorites, St. Eve Jewelry, launches their newest collection today.  I got to work with an amazing team to shoot it – Cleobella, photographer Taryn Kent and Jules from The Wayfarer Collective, and hair and makeup by Andie Jones.  These are all amazing women, whom I feel SO fortunate to know, have the opportunity to work with, and call my friends.  Which makes this collaboration a great one to post on National Women’s Day…

Leather Weather | L.A. Monday

I had so many emails about my dress that I posted from my (surprise) birthday party last week that I decided it needed it’s own post!  It’s comfortable and flattering, which means there’s a pretty good chance it’s Monrow ;).  With the mock neck, it’s super cute with something layered over it or great on its own.  Best part – it’s on sale right now for $71 (from $117!) Monrow Striped Dress (on sale!!) | All Saints Leather Jacket…

Zinta Jacket | Night Out in LA

We went to dinner in Beverly Hills the other night with some new friends.  They picked the restaurant, and we loved it.  It’s called Spaghettini, and they’re regulars there for good reason.  They serve mostly small plates with an Italian vibe, so it was so fun to try all different things and share.  The atmosphere of the restaurant is so awesome – I loved the cozy booth we had.  We got there at 6, and somehow…

Festival Style | Cleobella

I feel like all of LA (and lots of Orange County) has started the migration to the desert!  I actually really love seeing everyone’s outfits popping up on social media.  It’s pretty crazy how festivals have turned into such catalysts for fashion.  If you are headed to the desert and haven’t decided exactly what you’re wearing, The Hidden Jewel Boutique http://shophiddenjewel.com/ is a pretty reliable one-stop-shop for festival attire ;).  More photos by Taryn Kent: Cleobella…

Dinner Out | Cleobella

Blake and I eat out…a lot.  I love it when it’s just the two of us, because I feel like it’s our time.  When I make dinner at home, I’m usually caught up in what I’m making, or we have the TV on, or one of us is on our phone.  But when we go out somewhere, it’s like there’s an unspoken rule that we put our phones away and pay attention to each other.…
