Life really began for me at age 2, when my parents scooped up me and my brothers and moved us to a little mountain town called Sundance. For the next 17 years that mountain was our home. Summers were spent exploring the forests and hiking all over the place. Winters were spent skiing, nonstop. We would get off the school bus at the base of the resort, grab our gear from our dad’s office and ski until it was dark. Doing that over and over eventually led to a career as a professional skier. At 19, I gave skiing everything I had and for the better part of the next 10 years, I was lucky enough to travel the world chasing winter to compete in contests and make ski films as my full-time job. Throughout that process, I was bit by the marketer/creative/entrepreneurial bug and now like to put my efforts into brand building and storytelling with various products and content creation.
Now, all these years later, my goal in life is to keep finding adventures similar to those I had growing up on that mountain and eventually provide similar experiences for my own kids.
